Wow that was a long time away!! i have a good reason really!!

UPDATE: March 18.

Well some good news and some bad news! The good news first. Mom's bone marrow test has come back clear and her cancer is NOT back!!!! YAY that is such good news!! The bad news. Mom has been getting some type of treatment for her bones, like calcium treatments... but they have a special name for it. Well that treatment has caused her kidneys to shut down. It's gone past the point of reversing it. So mom has to have dialysis for the rest of her life. Not the greatest news but, we all are trying to keep in good spirits and very happy that she doesn't need a transplant. I'm leaving on March 31st to go visit her, and i'm coming home on April 6th. . I would like to THANK EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU FOR ALL YOUR PRAYERS AND THOUGHTS. AS YOU CAN READ IT HAS HELPED. THANK YOU! BEFORE I LEAVE I'M GOING TO TRY AND MAKE A DIGI PAPER KIT AND GIVE IT TO EACH OF YOU!

Good morning everyone!

Well i’m writing you this on a sad note unfortunately. My mom was just told this week that more than likely her Cancer( Multiple Myeloma) has come back. Just so that you know a little background. My mom has had this cancer since I was 5 years old. I'm 29 now. She has fought so hard all these years and we thought that she was past it. She had been in remission for over 5 years now (as far as I know). Either December or January she started to get sick, she finally got into see her specialist and they ran blood tests, her Creatine levels were through the roof ( a normal for her was around 75 it went up over 300. now it is at 360). so that told the doctors that her kidneys are malfunctioning. She just went back this Monday. They did a bone marrow just to be 100% sure that it is the cancer that came back. And they are sending her to a kidney specialist this afternoon. We will find out more today hopefully and Monday when she goes back to her doctor.

The reason why i’m posting this is to ask if I could get some people to pray for her or send her a get well card. She just loves getting homemade cards. I'm hoping that she doesn't read this. as i would love this to be a surprise to her.

I would like to thank EVERYONE for all their thoughts and prayers.

Patties Creations Design Challenge #14

Good morning everyone! I hope you all have had a wonderful week. Mine hasn't been too bad. Just have some sick kids at home. It's just a cold that they have but i didn't want to take the chance and get their classmates sick! Now that it's Friday, i seem to be showing some of the symptoms of the cold. I'm fighting it any way that i can!!
I should be getting one with Patties Creations Design Challenge. this week. I can't believe that we are already on challenge #14. This weeks challenge is to recycle a store bought card on your creation. It can be anything, use the sentiment like it did. Or you can use part of the background as your background. Just be creative and see what you come up with! I had sooo much fun creating this card. I used the sentiment off of a card that a close friend gave me last year for my birthday. The sentiment says " Friends make the world go round...." I thought that it would work perfectly with the "Hot Air Balloon Ride" I used Kraft paper for the cardbase, the cloud paper is from my stash of papers sitting here. The rainbow is from my stash too. The white stitching around the card is done with my embossing pen and white embossing powder. I used four blue gems i bought from the dollor store.
I hope that you like it and that you take that challenge and see what you come up with. The challenge ends next Thursday.

New Lines for Lollipop Press

Good morning!! Well i hope that everyone has made it through the winter storm, and i hope that it's over for many of you. I was catching up on reading some posts this morning and i couldn't believe the amount of snow some people got! We didn't get any snow here but it's been very COLD, these temps are in Celsius so keep that in mind, at night time it's been getting to -15 C. and during the day it isn't so bad, it gets up to -7 sometimes even -5. I think that this might be the last day of the cold for us here in the Okanagan, or at least i'm hoping!! :)

I would love to introduce you to the new line from the Lollipop Press called Old School. You can find the kit HERE. What i'm going to do is take one layout a week and show you. I'm going to start with my fav. This page is all about my son. I thought that this kit was smash on with him and these pictures. All products used are from the Old School kit.

It's a Very Blue Tuesday!

Good morning!! I hope that everyone is having a great Tuesday! Well today isn't really blue, my card is just blue!!! CG my friend from the Paper faces designs DT is hosting a Challenge for paper faces designs. It's a blue challenge. Therese Travis, the artist of Paper faces designs will have Mr. Linky on her blog so that you can link your blue project. I think that will be done later on today. You can go visit Jeannie and CG says (something Loudly) if you would like to see what they both created. I used Therese's image "Friends I Heart You's" I just love this image. I colored it using Paint.net. The pattern paper on the very back is from my stash. the pattern paper with the sparkles is from CTMH and same with the cardstock the image is printed on. The ribbon is from my stash as well.

Patties Creations Design Challenge #10

Good morning everyone! Welcome back to Patties Creations Design Challenge.

The theme for this week's challenge is 'Anything Goes'. We wanted to ease on into this year's challenges with something simple to do. Our DT created some wonderful inspirations for this week's challenge, and they love to receive comments, I know I do, so click on their names to view their blogs.

A winner will be chosen by Random.org. The winner will receive a $10.00 credit towards the purchase at Pattie's Etsy Store and an 'I Won' badge from the sidebar.

'Allie's Choice Award' from our sidebar, will be given to an entry with a Pattie's Creations image. That winner will be chosen by the DT Leads and can proudly display our badge on their sidebar.

The challenge starts now and ends Thursday, January 20th at 1PM CST (Central Standard Time).

Here is my card that i made for the challenge. I'm using the image Tulips in a vase. Everything about it is digital. I colored it digitally and created the card in my scrapbooking program.

Lollipop Technique Post

Today i'm going to be showing you how to make a shaker card. Some of you might already know how to make one. This has to be on of my favorite type of cards to make.

The materials i'm going to use are:

Chic and Shabby line for paper and some embellishments from Lollipop Press.

image- cake and roses from paperfacesdesigns.

I colored the image using Paint.net.

Your going to start by picking the size of card that you would like to make. Then you will be printing the paper, embellishments and image that you would like to use.

I started with my cardbase. I used at 6x6 Cardbase. ( i know the picture shows a standard base!!) I then cut my image to 2 7/8" square. Make sure that your image is toward the middle of the cardstock so that you can see it through the window. Instead of printing out a digital image you can also use a stamp set and stamp your image.

Next you are going to want to make a "window" with another piece of cardstock. The same size as your image. You can make the window a shape or just a square, anything you want!! i just used a square. I then cut out the middle leaving a border of 1/4 inch all the way around. Make sure that your foam 3d tape will fit on your border. Increase the size of your border to the size of the foam tape your using. Or you can just trim your foam tape to fit. Instead of using cardstock you can just use the Digi paper that you just printed out. I wanted my card to be a little more sturdier so i'm just going to cover the white border with the Digi paper at the end.

You will now need a piece of acetate, or window sheets. I went to Office Depot in town here and got a whole box of them Qty 100 for $20. You will need to cut it to the same size as your window. I cut mine to 2 7/8 square. At this point add some adhesive to the back of your "window" and stick the acetate to it. now on the same side that you stuck the acetate to your window you will now add 3d foam around the entire window. Making sure that there are no holes. If there are holes you will get the glitter everywhere!!

Now your going to add some sparkle!! any type that you would like to use. I just used CTMH Prisma Glitter. Just pour some onto the window that you just created!

Now just take off the backing of the foam tape to expose the sticky. Then stick your image onto the foam tape. Now you have your shaker window. TAADAA!!!

Now you will just design your card just like you normally would.

Here is a picture of my creation for the blog hop. I used Patties Champaign glasses. I started out with a cardbase, punched the side of it with a MS punch, added patties image onto that then i wanted to add something else to it so i added acrylic! I stamped all over the acylic Happy New Year with a stamp from CTMH. I think it gives it that little extra that the card needed!

My New Camera!!

Good evening everyone! Well this is going to be a quick post, but i need everyones opinion please and thank you!! I recieved a new camera from my hubby for Christmas this year. I love it so far. I was just curious if anyone is familiar with camera's and tell me if mine is a good one or not. I still have time to take it back and get another camera that will be better, and better for me. I have a SAMSUNG WB5500. I have read lots of reviews and they are all mixed. Saying that yes it's a great camera, takes beautiful pictures, but then it would say that it's the slowest of it kind. What i really wanted was a canon SLR camera. Just so that i can grow with it.

Good morning everyone! This is going to be my last post till after Christmas. I'm here today to show you what i have made for my daycare kids plus my own kids. Reindeer food!! Every kid loves to spread some reindeer food across the lawn on Christmas Eve. I found the image and poem off the internet. I went into my scrapbooking program and create these cute little tags. The container that i used if from my ribbon rounds that i buy from CTMH. They sure do come in handy!! Hope that everyone has a WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS!!!!

Good morning everyone! Is everyone getting excited for Christmas? I know that my kids are! They can't wait till Christmas day, they want to go back to grandmas house to play. Lately it's more fun at Grandmas house than it is at home!! The Freebies are at the bottom of the post with the link.

Well i'm here to show you the newest layout i have made for the Challenge over at Sketchy Thursdays. Please keep in mind that my layout is 11x8.5 instead of 12x12. I just love the brightness of these colors. It matches my daughters personality perfectly. If any of you know about any more sketch challenges leave a comment below. Digital Cards Tutorial

Today I’m going to show you how to make 3D pop up Cards digitally!!!

I use a different program than most people, StoryBook Creator 3.0 Plus. I’m sure that you can take the basic techniques and use them for the program that your using.

We will be starting off with a 12x12 blank page. You will be creating 4- 8”x4” rectangles. 3 will fit horizontally and one will be vertical. There will be a square in your upper right hand corner. You can use that square to make a tag if you wish. That is what I did!!

Lets start with the first rectangle top left. We are going to basically cut your rectangle in half. The way I did this is by using my Cut and Fill Option. I made a rectangle around the bottom half of the rectangle, and you CUT AROUND THE SHADED AREA. In other programs this might be the select tool? This will make you have 2 smaller rectangles now. See the next 2 pictures.

So now that you have the 2 smaller rectangles you are going to fill the bottom one with your choice of paper. I used papers from the Santa Baby Kit. For this first card I chose the pink paper. That will be the bottom half of your card.

Now you will import/add embellishments to your liking. I used the embellishments from Santa Baby to match the paper I took from the kit. Just remember that you want to have half of the image to be off of your paper rectangle. Just like the picture below

Don’t forget to add shadows if you want to POP it off the page more.

Do any personalization at this point too. I wanted my plain pink paper to have some texture so I added that at this time too. If you use SBC+ and would like to learn how to do this just send me a message and I can help you out.

Now after you have finished placing everything were you want you will erase the grey box at the top. You will now repeat all the steps again for every card. When you are all done, Print them out. I send mine into Costco because that is the cheapest place I have found to print them. Plus I do not have a 12x12 printer!!

After you have printed this out. You will now have 2 options for cutting and mounting onto cardstock. You could cut around the tops leaving the white part attached to the rest of your card. Just like i did with the snowman card below. Or you can cut around everything even eliminating the white off the card. like i did with the "Holly Jolly Santa"

Now just depends on what you did with your cutting will depend on what you do next. If you cut everything off then you will need to cut a piece of white cardstock 4"x8" and score it at 2" on the 4" side. You will then glue the card onto the cardstock. (picture is below). If you decided to just cut around your image you will need a piece of cardstock 2"x8" to glue onto the inside back like the picture below. Your basically trying to cover the hole were you cut the image out of with the cardstock.

Finish doing this to all the cards. I chose to cut the white off of my cards it seemed to be easier to do that then take an exacto knife and cut around the image.

Here are all 4 of my cards done, with a nice tag to match.

All the digital product used was from the Lollipop Press, Santa Baby Kit. The cardstock i used for the bases of the cards is from CTMH.

Christmas Cupcakes!!!!

First of all i would like to apologize, because the blog hop with the Studio Aloha Designs has been postponed. I hope that my post today will make up for it!!
Well i have been very busy this past week. With all the projects i need to get done for all my DT requirements and making stuff for at home. Yesterday i was busy making cupcake wrappers from SVG Cuts File. Wow i'm so glad that i'm done but i had sooo much fun making them. The tree cupcakes have green icing, the Santa cupcakes have red icing, and the snowmen have white. Sorry the picture of the snowman is a little blurry.. batteries died in my camera or else i would take another picture!!

Lets ink it Up Swap

Good morning!! About a month ago i joined the Lets Ink it Up Swap Challenge The theme for the swap is make 6 3x3 Thank you Cards. Make sure they have envenlopes and an optional thing is a box for them. I Created my 3x3 thank you cards all from Close to My Heart product. Instead of making a box for the little cards. I made a Purse that holds 16 3x3 cards. I'll send my 6 to my swap partner with the purse, then if she wants she can add to 10 more cards too it!!

Well i hope that my swap partner like it!!

Here is the fun stuff that i did yesterday!! I created another LO with the Santa Baby Kit from Lollipop Press. I think this kit is sooo cute, and fun! I works with my kids so well. There are so many things that you can do with this line. It's HUGE!!!

Today was just "one of those days"!!! So i decided that i was going to hurry up and clean the house so that i can work on some fun stuff! Hello everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful week. I have been soo busy this week. Well you all want to know what my good news is, so here it is... I got on the Design Team Lollipop Press!!! YAY I'm sooo EXCITED!!! :D I just love the kits that Amber makes. Decembers kit is just AMAZING!! It's called "SANTA BABY" It's has more than a usual kit has. Usually Amber puts out 2 new kits every month. This month there is only one kit just because Santa Baby is soo much bigger than usual!! You would almost say it was a mega kit!! Here is the picture of the kit. You can buy the kit HERE

Well here is just one page LO of the kit that i have made.

There are so many different things you can do with this kit.. The papers fit a 12x12 LO. Here I did an 11x 81/2" LO. I'm working on another little project that you can use this kit with. I will be using that project to do a Technique post on the 20th of December on the Lollipop Press Blog.

I just finished another digital Layout for the Lollipopspot challenge this week. This week it's just not a word for the challenge. They decided to have a picture with color choices and a phrase. here is what it looks like.

Now my layout. I tried to stay within the colors that are asked of us. The pine cones and the holly berries are from a picture that i turned into ebellishments. I used Creative Memories Jewel Digital Power Palette. The tag is from S.G.Rowe Designs Christmas Memories a freebie. Sorry i don't have the link at this time. I'll find it and post it this week. Hello everyone. I'm late posting this to my blog too. I should mention why i have been so late this weekend. I had a meeting in town on Friday about me going back to school!!! YAY!!! I'm going to be going back for an electrician, i know WOW right? Well it will be a challenge but it's something that i would like to do.

I sat down this morning at my computer with an idea! Therese Travis from Paperfacesdesigns has just sent her design team some new files. One of the files i just fell in love with and wanted to create my own pattern paper from it. The image i used is called Diamond Medallion, you can find it here at her ETSY SHOP .

I know i haven't been posting a lot lately thats just because i have been creating lots. Just no batteries in the camera to take the pictures and post. I've made 10 tags for the girls from my Christmas Card Class, as they requested. I have a special Christmas project that i'm working on. As long as i get it done (it's a lot of work!) i'll be posting it this week. I was asked to be in a Christmas Craft fair at a local school. So i'm trying to get some things together for that too. Happy Friday everyone! I'm here to share a tag that I made for Waltzingmouse Makes Blog Challenge. For this challenge we have to make a Christmas tag that is elegant and beauty. Well i got the Christmas part, but i don't think that i got the elegant and beauty part!! LOL I still think this tag is really cute. The main base of the tag is acrylic 3x3 then i used my Cricut and cut out the blue piece. Before adhering the blue piece i stamped the acrylic with white snowflakes. I used my Cricut again to cut out the "snowfun". I really wish that the acrylic would show up better in the picture. If any of you have any tips about that I would love to hear about it. Well, I have been busy!! I've been getting ahead in my DT projects for Patties Creations Challenge. If you haven't already you should go check out the Challenge that is going on right now, you could win!!
So i'm not allowed to show some of the cards that i have been making until the Challenge blog posts them so i decided to make a Christmas card to hold you over for a little bit longer!! The little present moves back and forth and spins around. All paper used is from my stash and the present is from a stamp set (oh Christmas tree) from CTMH. You might have noticed but i have changed up the was my pictures are done. I'm using photoshop elements now and I have added some decorations to the picture. It's so much fun using this program. I have had some help from CDAC.
The tutorials I have been finding there helped me out a LOT!! Well i'm going to go now and make another card to share with you... or maybe something else not sure yet. Hope you all have a wonderful day.

Halloween Lantern, Patties Creations Design Challenge, Digi's With Attitude! Launch

Hello everyone. For my project today, I used a tutorial from Making Memories facebook fan page. You can find it here. I thought this project was and still is the coolest thing. I have not made anything like this before so I thought that I would try. It is supper easy. Here is my lantern. I used Therese Halloween and autumn digi's to complete it all. You can find and buy her digi's HERE I'm going to be making more of these. Now i just need to find something to make for the kids Halloween at school.. If you have any suggestions that would be great!

Oh i would also like to remind everyone that Patties Creations Design Challenge Blog is having their first challenge starting tomorrow the 8th. I'll be posting my project for the challenge tomorrow. I can't wait to see what you all come up with.. This is going to be a fun challenge. How were working it, well Patties Creations has 2 DT groups. The 2 groups take turns. The challenge tomorrow is with the First DT group (i'm in the 2nd!) then 2 weeks from now we will have our second challenge. DT group 2 is designing for this. It's going to be so much fun i hope that you can join us!

One more NEW challenge blog will be starting tomorrow too. That challenge blog would be Digi's With Attitude! Challenge Blog launch this Friday! Don't forget that their shop is having a grand opening on the 11th of October. This challenge blog is going to be so much fun. I will be participating all the time in this one!! Fire Chief for the Day

Happy hump day everyone! I hope you all are having a good day. The week is already half done!! YAY!! Today was very special for my son Robbie. He was chosen to be the "Fire Chief for the Day" One student from every school in Kelowna was chose to be "fire Chief for the Day". What happend when your "Fire Chief for the Day"? Well his day started when he was picked up by the firetruck at our house. They had all the lights and sirens on when they came. You should have seen his face! (I had my camera but it was so cold my batteries shut down :( ) They gave him a ride to school, they asked me if I would like to have a ride too but I had the daycare kids. Wish I didn't because i would have loved to share it with him (not because of the HOT firefighters!!! I know i shouldn't say that, but i couldn't help it! LOL ) Tonight we bring him to the main Fire Hall in town here, were he joins the firefighters for supper with McDonalds!! Then they show him the fire hall... go through the equipment, and who knows what else!! I will be posting pics of tonight tomorrow with my next project. I am so proud of him!!

Wow... OK so this took a lot longer than i thought that it would. I think that was because i couldn't make up my mind on what Template i would use! Let's Ink it Up Challenge #3

Hello everyone, and I hope your all having a wonderful Thursday!! I am because i get a 3 day weekend!!! YAY!!! I had to create a card for my brother in-laws wedding this weekend so I decided to make one for a challenge!! Lets Ink It Up is having their 3rd challenge, Use your favourite stamp plus a charm. My favourite stamp right now is these Flourishes from CTMH. I just love them.. they add such elegance to the card. The charm i used is from a local store in town here. It says "love" Sorry i have been having issues lately with the light and taking pictures of my cards... there is usually too much light or not enough. So that is why the pictures look a little funny. The scalloped cardstock is a greenish color ( Garden Green, i think!)

Now these pictures i took yesturday while i was sitting in my bedroom. My hubby noticed that we had our little (well not so little) friend come by to say hi!! He is so beautiful. I wish the pictures would have turned out a little bit better.

Challenge with CANDY !!! Halloween Treat holder Tutorial

I created one myself. I changed mine up a little bit and didn't use a stamp set from CTMH I used Therese (Paperfacesdesign) design that she created just for the Challenge on CDAC that starts September 9th . Good morning everyone!!! Like i said in my last post that i created a layout, and i would post it today so that is why i'm here!! The layout i created I'm entering it into 2 challenges. The first challenge is for Glitterbabes Challenges (challenge #10). For this challenge i had to use one of her freebies and the project had to have sparkles on it. I don't know if you can see the sparkles but I coated the flowers and sprinkled some on the black background as well. The flowers on the page is the Freebie, I changed the color of the flower from black to pink before i printed them. The second challenge is for Craft you Passion Challenges (Challenge # 21). For this challenge i had to use the colors Pink and Black. So as you can see i used pink and black!!! I just love this layout.

Happy Friday everyone!! I hope you all had a wonderful week and your going to have an great weekend! I have been going on CDAC a lot lately. I have been busy going through the groups and going them. I have found this one group Doodle Pantry Laurie Wilson the person who created the group is looking for 6 people to join her Sr DT. Laurie gave us a digi file to use to create a project with it, well now she has changed things a little and we no longer have to create anything with it. I still did! Here is my project i created. Its for a new baby boy, Card and treat/keepsake box. The Treat box i found Paper and Flowers. Shelly has even given instruction on how to put it all together!

Happy Monday to everyone!!! I just wanted to let everyone know that i will be on going away with the family camping alot this month. I have the whole month of July off!! My hubby and I decided that from Friday to Tuesday we would go camping every week. Yes i am camping right now!!! I will be back tomorrow morning. I play baseball on Tuesday and Thursday nights so i want to make sure that we are back for that!!

Sorry i have not posted anything in a little bit, my hubby has been in the hospital this week... the doc still doesn't know what is wrong but tests are being done... Hello everyone. Happy Friday!!! I finally got some pictures taken of the cards i made over 6 months ago to send with my sis in-law so she can sell them at her work. Well none of them sold, kinda dissapointing :(. Well she just gave them back and i took some pics. Here they are.

The first box and 5 cards were a set. Made entirely from CTMH products.

The next set of cards you can't really see what each card looks like but you can see how i packaged them. There were 5 cards in each set.

All the card in each set are different and are for different events eg. birthday, thank you, congrats, ect.

This is my last post for today!! These are the cards that i made for my soon to be sis in law and my brother in-law for their engagement. I made 2 of them one from my hubby and I and the other one from my Sis in-law Angela and brother in-law Josh. I gave the black one and Angela took the green one. After the cards their is a Journal i made for my mother in -law. I also made her a card set using the Felicity paper that is on the Journal, but i forgot to take pictures. I had alot of fun making the black card (i love flowers lately!!)

Hello everyone, I finally got some cards sent to my computer from my phone. So i'll start with the Pin wheels i made with the kids. I had lots of fun making them once i figured it out. I got the SVG file from SVG Cuts. It's a great file but i don't recomend doing this one with the kids. I had a hard time getting my fingers in certain spot and setting the eyelets. Last Mothers Day Card.

Good Friday Everyone!! This is the last mothers day card that I made! It's one of those flower pot cards that you see everywere. I used the Split Coast Stampers tutorial for this one. I changed it up a bit. I didn't cut my flowers out. I used just blooms. I could have used my cricut to cut out the flowers, which I did when i helped the kids make their card like this. That was their "craft time" yesturday. I used all CTMH prodcuts except the button, i'll put the ingrediants below the picture. Thanks for looking.

Relay for Life

Hello everyone. Sorry i have not posted any artwork lately. I will be posting some cards tomorrow. The reason for this post is, i joined the "relay for life" If you do not know what this is, it's a fundraiser for Canadian Cancer Foundation. I am so happy about joining this fundraiser. The reason i joined was for my MOM. My MOM has had cancer since 1989. She has been very lucky and fought all these years. She always tells me that my brother and I were the reason why she fought. Happy Sunday everyone! This weekend I actually completed more than one card! In my last post i showed you the card i made my father in-law. After my hubby thought about it for a day he had an idea he wanted me to add on the inside. So i went along with his idea. Here is i picture of the inside.

After i finished this card I went on to my sister in-laws birthday card. I got the idea from another blog i'm following, once i find it again (following more than 300 blogs. he he he) i will post it. On the inside of the card it says "On your Birthday"

Next is the card I made for my other sis in-law that she is giving to our father in-law. I got this file from searching on more blogs.

Good morning ladies. I told you in my last post that i was going to create some cards or something with my left overs of the Miracle kit... well i didnt' have anytime on the weekend so it didnt' get done. On Saturday i was cleaning all day, beacuase we were having people over to watch the UFC fight. On Sunday i had to deal with my kids and punish them beacuse my son decided to be a hair dresser. This is what their hair looked like afterwards. My daughter Chloe, (the one with the long hair) got over a foot choped off, her hair was touching her bum. Emma well he hair, well what she had of hair got cut off. Later after they wake up i'm going to take pictures of their hair cuts they got last night to "fix" and i'll post. So tongiht i will be going to a workshop help by a fellow consultant, I figured that i could get done the projects that i wanted to do this weekend. I'll keep you posted on how that goes. Miracle Kit from CTMH

Well I totally scraplifted this 6x6 accordion album from Vicki at the Wizards Hangout Head on over there for her post. Vicki did such a great job (just like all of her other projects!!) When I saw it I fell in love with it. I wasn't to sure about the kit just because it didn't have much, but now I want another one!!! After completeing this project it still have some of the kit left over so i'm off to creat more with it!! I'll try to get what ever i'm doing done by the end of the weekend and post it on Monday.

This is very exciting for me as this will be the first time that i'm going away without anyone... no kids.. no hubby!!! What's great about going to this convention is that all the procedes go to the "Rowan House" here's their website, http://www.rowanhouseonline.org/ Here is the website for the Okotoks Scrapbook Convention, http://scrapbookinokotoks.wordpress.com/ if you would like to go there are still some spots left. Regestraion is $65 Classes are extra and you get all the food for the day provided. Hope to see some of you there!!! Now on to my layout. I still haven't finished it yet as i'm not sure if I like it!!! Tell me what you think in the comments, I would love to hear your opinion.

Wow it's been such a long time since i looked at this layout!!! The little girl i made this for is already 1!!! I made this for one of my friends when she had her first baby.. no pics in it as she had to do that part! I used CTMH product on this layout.. TFL would love to hear your comments.

This is what I made for a Valentines Day Layout using "Key to My Heart" from CTMH. My hubby said to me that he would rather me make a layout about the two of us instead of using that time to make him a card. So that's what i did!!! Hope you enjoy.. love to hear your comments.

I'm so sorry!!! For what? well i told everyone that i would post my sons Valentines we made for his class but i forgot to take a picture this morning before he took them to school. What i'm going to post instead will be the Christmas cards that I made for my daughter and sons classes at school. I did everything on my CRICUT using my SCAL.
